If I tried a hookflash length of (3<hookflash lenght<25) it rings 1 time and then it's hanging up. If I tried a hookflash length of (25<hookflash lenght<900) I am hearing the DTMF tone. SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/04/2006 10:26 PM Most likely the PBX requires for the destination extension to answer the call before the transferring extension can hangup the call. Use 'Monitored' or 'Announced' transfer instead of 'Blind' transfer. Share this post Link to post
